Clinical Site Engagement Manager
Job Summary
To enhance clinical trial operations, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy and Engagement will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring effective engagement and performance throughout the trial lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are equipped to optimize portal use
- Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive continued utilization of services
- Monitor site utilization and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise during trials
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is a must
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills
