Clinical Site Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

To expand access to clinical research, the full-time remote Clinical Site Partnerships & Enablement Manager will identify, evaluate, secure, and support community site partnerships while managing lease negotiations and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective community sites for partnership
• Coordinate onboarding and launch processes, ensuring operational readiness and support
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and facilitating communication

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in partnership development, business development, or clinical research
• Experience managing relationships with healthcare providers or community organizations
• Demonstrated ability to assess partner needs and facilitate partnership discussions
• Experience coordinating onboarding or launch activities across multiple teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
