Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Medicare Secondary Payer service, the full-time Clinical Specialist will manage Medicare Set-Aside allocations and ensure compliance with Medicare Secondary Payer requirements while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Write and manage Medicare Set-Asides for CMS submission and non-submission purposes
• Maintain current knowledge of Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-Aside guidelines and state fee schedule pricing methodologies
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines independently while ensuring client satisfaction and effective file management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably with Medicare Secondary Payer matters
• Mastery of the Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Reference Guide
• Competence in writing Evidence Based Medicare MSAs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
