Job Summary

Leading the execution of full-service clinical trials, the full-time remote Clinical Study Management Director will oversee project management and finance teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards while participating in strategic organizational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for global clinical trial activities, ensuring project goals align with organizational objectives
• Manage team performance, resource planning, and staff development to foster a high-performing Clinical Project Operations team
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budget planning and financial risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a college diploma with at least 15 years of related experience
• Extensive experience in the CRO industry with a focus on full-service project management
• Demonstrated leadership in gastrointestinal clinical trial project management is highly desirable
• Significant financial resource management experience, including budget setting and financial reporting
• Experience with Phase II and Phase III clinical trials
