Clinical Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the successful operational delivery of clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Study Operations Manager will oversee study startup planning, site onboarding, and ongoing operational oversight while working remotely across the U.S. with up to 10% travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to implement study startup activities, including communication planning and logistics
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical sites, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, protocols, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges
• Desire to learn more about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials
