Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research initiative, the temporary full-time Clinical Success Coordinator will manage scheduling and communication for home-visit clinicians, ensuring a smooth experience for study participants while working remotely for approximately 4-5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for clinical research studies, ensuring visits are timely and compliant
• Monitor and track scheduled visits, addressing any logistical challenges or gaps in resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the visit experience for patients and clinicians

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in patient or customer service roles
• Experience in a call center, event coordination, or similar position
• Technological proficiency and adaptability to new systems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Creative problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
