Job Summary
As a full-time Clinical Success Manager for Federal accounts, the successful candidate will manage clinician enablement, provide tailored training, and support implementation of AI-driven clinical documentation solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinician enablement sessions and develop collateral to support product adoption
- Support the implementation of new sites and monitor product performance to drive utilization
- Build relationships with clinical champions and surface feedback to enhance the clinician experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
- Experience with EHR documentation and understanding of clinical workflows
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from conception through launch
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and workflows
- Preferred experience in federal clinical practice or clinical informatics
