Clinical Supervisor with IBHRE Certification
Job Summary
To support the clinical team remotely, the full-time Clinical Supervisor with IBHRE Certification will manage daily assignments, coach team members, and maintain proficiency with cardiac rhythm devices while ensuring adherence to SLA/TAT and documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily assignments of the clinical team and adjust based on transmission volume and staffing changes
- Coach and mentor Team Lead Coordinators and cardiac device specialists while conducting performance check-ins
- Monitor clinical dashboard analytics and execute recovery plans as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a science or health-related field
- IBHRE certification required within one year of promotion (CCDS, CDRMS, or CEPS)
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of cardiac devices and remote monitoring best practices
- Experience in a remote, matrixed environment, specifically with a remote monitoring company preferred
