Clinical Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain, this full-time role will independently lead end-to-end supply for assigned global studies, focusing on clinical demand and supply planning, global distribution, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory management across multiple sites
• Oversee global distribution logistics, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and managing import/export documentation
• Represent Clinical Supply Chain on study teams, leading discussions and communicating status and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 6-8+ years of clinical supply chain and logistics experience, including 5 years managing global clinical supply
• Proven ownership of complex global Phase 2 or Phase 3 studies and clinical trial distribution
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with clinical supply forecasting and optimization platforms
• Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, GCP, and global import/export regulations
