Clinical Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

Managing drug supply activities for clinical programs, the full-time Clinical Supply Chain Manager will oversee supply plans, ensure accurate inventory management, and represent the Clinical Supply Chain to internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply and inventory plans, ensuring alignment with clinical demand requirements
• Oversee daily activities for label & pack contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and distribution vendors
• Implement process improvements and manage investigations of supply chain exceptions to drive closure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
• Experience with clinical supply best practices and IRT systems
• Knowledge of cGMP environments and drug supply activities
• Ability to develop risk mitigation plans and maximize supply efficiency
