Clinical Systems Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting clinical technology workflows across healthcare operations, the full-time Clinical Systems Project Manager will manage PointClickCare (PCC) support, configuration, training, and project execution in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide PCC support for nursing facilities, including MDS, Care Plans, and Lab & Radiology modules
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCC systems in alignment with organizational standards
- Assist with clinical systems projects, acquisitions, and new facility builds through system configuration and training
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of system administration experience preferred
- PointClickCare system administration experience preferred
- Healthcare project management experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
