Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner - Clinical will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-clinical and high-volume roles, partnering with leaders to align on hiring needs and strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on non-clinical and high-volume roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical roles
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (Greenhouse experience a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
