Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary

To support the Phase I clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Team Lead will manage clinical project performance, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with project teams and clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive clinical project performance and maintain operational excellence while meeting customer needs
• Lead the development of clinical project strategies, prioritizing timelines, quality, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee clinical project budgets, resources, and scope, ensuring adherence to financial milestones and effective risk management

Required qualifications:

• University/college degree in life sciences or certification in a related allied health profession
• 2+ years of Clinical Team Lead experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Phase I/FIH experience with a working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
