Clinical Training Manager
Job Summary
To support internal and external training activities, the full-time Clinical Training Manager will develop and maintain clinician training programs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with clinical quality standards in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain clinician training and calibration programs, including materials and schedules
- Monitor clinician performance and identify training gaps to ensure clinical quality standards are met
- Lead training sessions and provide clinical consultation and feedback to clinicians and site raters
Required qualifications
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
- 5+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric or neurocognitive disorders
- 3+ years of training experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Demonstrated leadership and training/facilitation skills
