Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical Operations Team, the full-time Clinical Trial Associate will manage study documentation, facilitate site outreach, and oversee the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) system in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient conduct of clinical studies
• Coordinate meetings, assist with trial progress tracking, and support the production of presentations
• Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and oversee documentation for audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life sciences, healthcare, etc.)
• Research or healthcare-related academic or work experience preferred
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and relevant SOPs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
