Job Summary
To support clinical research initiatives, the full-time Clinical Trial Budget Analyst will manage coverage analysis reviews, ensure compliance with billing and reimbursement processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Determine if studies qualify as clinical trials and perform initial coverage analysis reviews
- Analyze research protocol documents to ensure compliance with federal billing and reimbursement regulations
- Interface with research affiliates and clinical trial sponsors regarding reimbursement for research services
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Five years of recent relevant experience in clinical research
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research concepts and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with Medicare benefit categories and medical coding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
