Job Summary

Supporting multiple operational activities, the part-time Clinical Trial Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations for Rater Services programs, ensuring effective communication and documentation while working remotely in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities for clinical trials and Rater Services programs
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely support and communication
• Maintain accurate study documentation and assist with operational reporting and quality activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, operations, or project coordination preferred
• Proficiency in English and either Japanese or Mandarin
• Strong computer literacy, with experience in clinical software preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
