Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the operational execution of clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will manage the implementation and conduct of clinical programs, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of clinical studies from initial synopsis through final project deliverables, including budget and timeline management
• Lead vendor identification and management, ensuring effective systems setup and data integrity throughout the clinical trial process
• Communicate program progress to Senior Management, utilizing dashboards and trackers to monitor study objectives and risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech clinical research, including at least 1 year as a Clinical Trial Manager
• Demonstrated experience in managing phase 1-4 clinical trials and CROs, including vendor selection
• Expertise in US and Global Regulations and Guidance (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR)
• Broad experience in data collection, monitoring, cleaning, and analysis throughout clinical development
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
