Job Summary

Leading operational activities for clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager I will manage monitoring teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain communication with clients and internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines
• Provide mentorship and training to Clinical Research Associates and site management staff on assigned projects
• Track site performance metrics and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal collaborators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field is required
• 4-6 years of relevant clinical research experience is required
• 1-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a clinical operations coordinating role is required
• Knowledge of clinical research operations, including ICH guidelines and country-specific regulations
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills
