Clinical Trial Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the deployment of innovative brain monitoring devices in clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Operations Associate will collaborate with clinical research sites and project teams, focusing on study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring in a fully remote role with minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support study startup activities and ensure smooth operations at clinical sites
• Provide training to research sites on device usage and study protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor project progress to adhere to timelines, protocols, and quality standards while addressing operational issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges
• Desire to learn more about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials
