Clinical Trial Operations Associate

Job Summary

Collaborating with clinical research sites and project teams, the full-time Clinical Trial Operations Associate will support study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring in a remote role, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support study startup activities and act as the primary contact for clinical sites
• Provide training on device usage and study protocols to research sites
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify priorities
• Desire to learn about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials
