Clinical Trial Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the deployment of innovative brain monitoring devices in clinical studies, the remote Clinical Trial Operations Associate will manage study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support study startup activities and act as the primary contact for clinical sites
• Provide training to research sites on device usage and study protocols, ensuring proper data collection
• Monitor project progress, adhering to timelines and maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges
• Desire to learn more about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials
