Clinical Trial Regional Lead
Job Summary
Driving the successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries, the full-time Regional Project Lead will manage project planning, implementation, and compliance while collaborating with project teams and maintaining high-quality standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures planning, implementation, and management of projects in compliance with industry regulations and essential study documents
- Acts as the primary or secondary project management contact for project teams and PSI support services in designated countries
- Manages and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for designated countries and clinical project team members
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Prior experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring
- Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory capabilities as a Regional Lead or equivalent
- Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology
- Full working proficiency in English
