Clinical Trial Regional Lead
Job Summary
Driving the successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries, the full-time Regional Project Lead will manage project planning and implementation, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and mentor project teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures planning, implementation, and management of projects in compliance with industry regulations and essential study documents
- Acts as primary or secondary project management contact for the project team and oversees project status updates and KPI reporting
- Coordinates site contractual startup, budget negotiations, and supervises project team performance while ensuring compliance with project-specific training
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Prior experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring
- Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory capabilities
- Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology
- Full working proficiency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
