Clinical Trials Associate

Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and project tracking support, the full-time Clinical Trials Associate will ensure timely and accurate task completion for clinical project teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and track system access for the project team, including Project Managers and CRAs
• Maintain and audit project documentation to ensure the latest revisions are available on project portals
• Assist with the preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation, including the Investigator Site File

Required qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience with a minimum of one year in a related role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and the language of the country of location
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality control in work outputs
