Job Summary
To support clinical trial operations, the remote Clinical Trials Payment Coordinator will manage end-to-end clinical site payments, including template configuration, invoice submission, and data loading across payment systems.
Key responsibilities
- Support payee and payment configurations for site budgets
- Load information into various payment systems and set up vendor/site information
- Process, track, and submit invoices for site payments while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- 1-3 years of clinical trial site payment experience required
- Experience with Suvoda or Greenphire's eClinical GPS software strongly preferred
- Understanding of Excel for data manipulation and analysis required
- Knowledge of clinical site payments and related regulations needed
