Clinical Trials Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day management of research portfolios, the full-time Investigator Initiated Trial Research Operations Project Manager will focus on operational planning, study start-up coordination, and cross-functional project management to ensure the efficient development and execution of research studies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support for research projects, including infrastructure, personnel, budgeting, and compliance
• Coordinate study start-up activities, feasibility assessments, and site readiness to ensure timely execution of studies
• Track and report study progress, including key milestones, to support leadership oversight and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable combination of training, education, and experience
• Demonstrated experience in fostering a respectful and professional environment with diverse populations
• Advanced proficiency in data entry and word processing, with strong analytical skills
• 2 or more years of research administration and/or oncology experience preferred
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
