Job Summary
Managing clinical trial projects remotely, the full-time Clinical Trials Associate Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring trials are conducted according to specifications while coordinating all necessary functions from setup through closeout.
Key responsibilities
- Represent ACM as the client's main contact, maintaining high customer service standards and managing low complexity studies
- Develop and support key project documentation, including the Global Laboratory Specification Document and protocol-specific instructions
- Evaluate project metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while troubleshooting issues as they arise
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical trials, laboratory, or healthcare setting
- Associate's degree strongly preferred
- Experience working in clinical trial or laboratory environments
