Clinical Trials Site Management Associate
Job Summary
Serving as a key point of contact for investigative sites, the full-time Clinical Trials Site Management Associate will support the effective delivery of clinical studies, ensuring timely communication and collaboration while working remotely from anywhere in the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate resolution of site-specific questions and facilitate collaboration between sites, project teams, and other stakeholders
- Track study and site activities, following up on outstanding actions to keep projects on schedule
- Support project meetings by drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions
Required qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience within clinical research
- Life Sciences degree
- Full professional working proficiency in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and planning skills
