Job Summary

Managing daily team activities, the full-time Clinical Trials Scientific Affairs Supervisor will oversee RFP reviews, determine testing requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage departmental performance by prioritizing tasks and developing metrics
• Hire, coach, and develop team members, ensuring effective onboarding and performance management
• Facilitate communication and act as a strategic point of contact for escalations within the department

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist
• Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience in a clinical setting or a relevant regulated environment
• Experience in clinical trials preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• MT (ASCP) Certification preferred
