Clinician Experience Manager

Job Summary

To enhance clinician satisfaction and engagement, the full-time remote Manager of Clinician Experience will oversee physician relationships, optimize onboarding processes, and support virtual neurologists from contract signing to scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with physicians, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and training processes for new physicians
• Analyze performance metrics related to physician satisfaction and develop action plans for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in clinician relations, healthcare management, or a similar role
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
