Clinician Liaison

Job Summary

Supporting the operational performance of the Neurology service line, the remote Clinician Liaison will manage relationships with clinicians, ensuring they receive necessary administrative support and resources while facilitating onboarding, training, and communication with company administration.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), proactively addressing their administrative needs
• Facilitate the onboarding and training processes for clinicians, ensuring they are prepared for their shifts and have access to required systems
• Organize and support clinical team meetings, track action items, and provide performance metrics to Pod Directors

Required qualifications

• Associates degree required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Proven interpersonal communication skills and strong relationship-building abilities
• High reliability in follow-through of tasks and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
