Job Summary
To support Behavioral Health Clinicians, the remote Clinician Liaison will manage the provider onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring operational support and enhancing the overall provider experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process, including welcome calls and coordination with credentialing and training teams
- Oversee the complete provider offboarding process in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide day-to-day operational support to active providers, addressing needs such as EMR access and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
