Clinician Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure optimal clinician coverage for hospital locations, the full-time remote Clinician Scheduler will develop and manage schedules, collaborate with leadership, and utilize scheduling software to meet patient volume needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for multiple hospital locations 45 days in advance
• Analyze scheduling requests and resolve conflicts while collaborating with clinicians and leadership
• Ensure continuity of care and shift equity by optimizing the use of local clinicians and managing outside resources as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in creating and managing complex schedules
• Proficiency with Shift Admin scheduling software preferred
• Previous experience working with clinicians preferred
• Strong analytical skills and technical ability with Microsoft Office programs
