Closing Team Leader

Job Summary

Leading the Closing function in a full-time remote capacity, the Closing Team Leader will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient loan processing from Clear-to-Close through funding while providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the Closing Team, including workload distribution and deadline management
• Monitor the closing pipeline to ensure timely progression of loans and compliance with service-level agreements
• Facilitate communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant education and experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage or commercial lending closing, title, escrow, or related operations
• Proven experience in providing guidance and operational support to team members
• Strong knowledge of loan closing, title clearance, and real estate-secured lending processes
• Experience with loan origination systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
