Job Summary
Driving customer adoption of next-generation cloud and AI technologies, the full-time remote Cloud AI Adoption Manager will support clients in implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI solutions while resolving technical barriers and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer adoption strategies and usage metrics for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents
- Serve as a technical advisor, assisting in the design and deployment of AI solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead technical engagements to identify and resolve blockers related to security, compliance, and platform readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 7-9 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies and IT consulting
- 3-4+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role with stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and AI solutions, specifically Microsoft Copilot
- At least two relevant technical certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or Information Security Administrator Associate
