Cloud Architect - Public Trust
Job Summary
To support cloud modernization initiatives, the remote Cloud Architect - Public Trust will design and implement scalable, secure cloud services for government clients while ensuring compliance with federal security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end cloud-service solutions that meet performance, security, and cost-efficiency requirements
- Develop and enforce cloud architecture standards and governance practices across program environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud computing, with at least 5 years in a cloud architecture role
- Demonstrated experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with cloud-migration strategies, including lift-and-shift and re-architecting approaches
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
