Cloud Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting requirements analysis and business process modeling in a remote full-time capacity, the Cloud Business Analyst will engage with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop user stories, and analyze cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management for cloud and IT initiatives
- Develop business process models to document current and future-state processes
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
- 2+ years of cloud experience
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and configuration/requirements management tools
- Experience working within a CMMI Level 3 environment
