Cloud Computing Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Cloud Computing Engineer Principal, this remote position will design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure and services, focusing on automation technologies and compliance with VA policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage cloud architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams
- Implement and oversee CI/CD automation technologies for cloud applications
- Provide customer support for VA Enterprise Cloud environments, ensuring compliance and optimal performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and services, particularly with Azure
- Proven expertise in Azure services, security practices, and networking components
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD practices
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
