Cloud Computing Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Cloud Computing Engineer Principal, this remote position will design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure and automation technologies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance for VA Enterprise Cloud environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage cloud architecture diagrams and automation technologies for CI/CD
- Implement monitoring capabilities for cloud systems to ensure compliance with VA/Federal policies
- Provide customer-focused support for cloud applications and services, including setup and provisioning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related field
- 20+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and services, particularly in Azure
- Proven expertise in Azure services, security practices, and cloud architecture design
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, as well as containerization technologies
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
