Cloud Data Engineer
Job Summary
Assisting in the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, the full-time Associate Cloud Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data solutions in a cloud-native environment, primarily using Snowflake and Azure technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the cloud data framework in alignment with the Enterprise Data Strategy and organizational goals
- Design and build efficient ETL/ELT pipelines for processing and storing large datasets on Azure or Snowflake
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions that support business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant technical or business experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake Storage
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with ETL/ELT frameworks, ideally in Snowflake or Azure Data Factory
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum processes, with a willingness to learn about healthcare and analytics industries
