Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Cloud DevOps Engineer, this remote position will manage and automate the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure for the Virtana Platform, utilizing Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes while collaborating with product engineering, QA, and security teams to ensure reliable and secure software releases.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain GCP infrastructure using Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and release automation across teams
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure production environment availability and performance
Required qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, including production modules and CI-driven workflows
- Experience designing and operating production workloads on Google Cloud Platform
- Solid experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go)
