Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
To support the administration and continuous improvement of cloud platforms, the full-time remote Cloud Engineer will manage cloud environments, develop Infrastructure as Code, and provide technical consultation to various teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud infrastructure and services
- Administer cloud identity and access management (IAM) and support hybrid networking solutions
- Monitor cloud platform performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues between campus and cloud environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking and security
- Experience developing automation and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for regulated data, such as HIPAA or NIST 800-171
