Job Summary
To ensure stability and reliability of cloud operations, the full-time Cloud Engineer will monitor and automate the AWS infrastructure, design and maintain networking and security controls, and provide production deployment support, with the option to work remotely or onsite if local to Maryland.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain AWS infrastructure, including networking and security controls
- Monitor operations and security of EC2, containers, and AWS services
- Execute implementation plans in AWS for various initiatives, ensuring 100% uptime
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Application Development, Maintenance, or Administration
- 3-5 years of experience maintaining AWS infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience with DevOps tools and supporting applications on AWS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- AWS certifications
