Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Cloud Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, automate, secure, and operate cloud workloads across Azure and AWS, focusing on infrastructure as code, Kubernetes operations, and CI/CD enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement landing zones and maintain Terraform modules for automated environment provisioning
- Operate and harden AKS/EKS clusters, ensuring zero-downtime upgrades and security compliance
- Drive FinOps practices, including cost allocation and Well-Architected reviews, while managing observability across cloud platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with both Azure and AWS
- Deep expertise in Terraform, including modules and policy as code
- Strong operational experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Solid networking fundamentals and strong identity & access management skills with Entra ID and AWS IAM
