Job Summary
To support data management initiatives, the contract Cloud Engineer will manage the issuance and lifecycle of public Certificate Authority (CA) certificates, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the internal process for issuing and managing public CA certificates and domains
- Analyze and implement PKI and security solutions, identifying opportunities for service improvement
- Act as a project lead or team member on projects involving PKI, certificates, and security
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Experience working with public Certificate Authorities, specifically Digicert and Sectigo
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and automation efforts
