Job Summary
Supporting a Next Generation Contact Center modernization initiative, the remote Cloud Engineer II will develop, configure, and enhance solutions involving Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams for deployment and technical needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support Amazon Connect development, configuration, and modernization of cloud contact center solutions
- Assist with Salesforce Voice integration and API development to enhance customer interaction capabilities
- Contribute to automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices using tools like Terraform and Git
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on development experience in cloud contact center or customer engagement environments
- Experience with Amazon Connect or similar cloud contact center platforms
- Familiarity with API integrations and troubleshooting
- Development experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
- Understanding of IVR design and omni-channel contact center concepts
