Cloud Engineer II
Job Summary
To support enterprise-level cloud initiatives, the full-time Cloud Engineer II will design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure while optimizing performance and cost-efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies and manage advanced security measures
- Create automation scripts for efficient deployment and management of cloud resources
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Relevant certification in a major Cloud platform is required, to be obtained within the first year of employment
- 7+ years of industry experience, preferably in large enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, automation tools, and security best practices
