Job Summary
Specializing in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), the remote Cloud Engineer III will architect, optimize, and scale cloud communication ecosystems, serving as a subject matter expert for NICE CXone while leading incident troubleshooting and driving automation initiatives in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and expand complex routing scripts and call-flow architectures to meet evolving business needs
- Architect and deploy conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voice automations
- Build and maintain real-time API integrations connecting NICE CXone with critical enterprise platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud contact center technologies, particularly NICE CXone
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience developing conversational AI interfaces or chatbots
- Strong background in tier-3 troubleshooting and outage resolution in cloud environments
