Job Summary
Leading cloud engineering and enterprise architecture, the full-time remote Cloud Engineering Director will define technical strategies, manage engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable cloud platforms and AI-enabled capabilities across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the cloud engineering strategy, aligning technology investments with business priorities
- Lead distributed engineering teams, establishing clear responsibilities and fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Own delivery and quality of cloud capabilities, translating strategic priorities into achievable engineering plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in architecting production SaaS platforms and leading globally distributed technical teams
- Deep expertise in a major public cloud platform and practical experience integrating AI capabilities into production software
- Strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD, and secure systems design
